First Phase of Affordable Apartments Grand Open at Premier Development’s Sunnymeade Run in Somerset County

Premier Development, which has previously introduced affordable housing for Military veterans at Stonebridge at Raritan, seniors at Summerfields in Franklin Township and other communities, has launched leasing for the first phase of affordable rentals at Sunnymeade Run, a new collection of 383 apartments located at 110 Falcon Road in the Town of Hillsborough.

Demand has been strong for the one-, two- and three-bedroom homes which provide high-quality apartment living to low-and moderate-income residents of Somerset County.   Leasing for the rentals is being handled by the Central Jersey Housing Resource Center (CJHRC), a 501 (c) non-profit organization which provides housing counseling, information and referral services.
