EVAN’S MILL TAPS INTO SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY RENTAL DEMAND WITH OVER 50% OF ITS RESIDENCES ALREADY LEASED

A strategic decision to introduce oversized apartments to a rental market clamoring for larger, upscale rental homes has paid quick dividends for developer Sterling Properties at Evan’s Mill in Cherry Hill, N.J.

The boutique community has enjoyed immediate success with more than 50% of its 152 apartments leased since a mid-June Grand Opening.  The overwhelming successful launch of Evan’s Mill has resulted in its available inventory of townhome-style apartments having nearly been exhausted, prompting the developer to ready itself for the release of 80 condo-style apartments that feature elevator access, private garage parking and available storage.

“The response to Evan’s Mill has been tremendous, confirming our belief that this community offers the kind of homes and lifestyles today’s renters seek, but don’t often find,” says Nick Hollenbeck, Director of Sales and Marketing for Sterling Properties, which is developing the community in joint-venture with partner Bob Dale.  “These modern apartments are among the largest and most well-appointed rental residences in the region. The amenities are second to none and the location is ideal from both the commuter and lifestyle perspectives.  It’s a complete package that’s proven hard to resist.”

Evan’s Mill features a portfolio of floorplans that offers exciting choices for everyone, whether young professionals seeking their first apartment or more established locals downsizing from larger homes.  Monthly rents start from $1,625 for a 707 square foot one-bedroom apartments and grow to $3,000 for the largest two-bedroom with den floorplan at 1,660 square feet.  The homes are being offered with a limited-time Grand Opening incentives.

The residences feature contemporary designer finishes including European-style wood cabinetry, extraordinarily large kitchen islands, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.  In addition to the elegantly-designed apartments, residents of Evan’s Mill will enjoy a full suite of recreational and social amenities including a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a sparkling outdoor pool, pool bar and fire pit area, fully-equipped fitness center, yoga room, dog park and bocce court.  The community will offer a bike share program, and is connected by biking and walking trails to the Croft Farm Arts Center and the Cooper River park system at Challenge Grove Park.

Evan’s Mill is ideally located at 1350 Brace Road.  It’s prime location near major thoroughfares, including the New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 295 and 70, and convenience to both the Haddonfield and Woodcrest stations of the PATCO High Speedline, will provide easy access into the business, entertainment and cultural opportunities of historic Philadelphia.  The delights of the famed Jersey Shore are just over an hour away.

Fully-furnished model apartments and clubhouse-leasing center are open and available to the public at Evan’s Mill.  For additional information, please call 856-429-3600 or visit www.evansmillnj.com.
